To begin with, you should always try the Student Configuration Manager. You can access it even if you don't remember your CATE username and password.

You can also use this page to email your CATE student information to yourself. Just enter the email address which is on file for you for this class -- that's usually the email address you submitted when you checked into the class -- and the system will immediately send your information to that email account.

Can't remember which email address you provided? You can try one or more email addresses (one at a time!) and the system will let you know if it succeeded in identifying you and forwarding your information to that address.

Warning! If you use this reminder and you DON'T receive an emailed response within a few minutes, that almost certainly means you've used a non-functional email account (typed it in wrong, email account not yet activated, exceeding storage allocation, etc) or a similar problem exists (such as spam blocking, etc). If that's the case, then it's likely that your original check-in "receipt" and/or activation notification also failed to reach you via email for exactly the same reason. Therefore, if you don't receive this reminder via email within a few minutes, then you should certainly consult with your instructor not only about the status of your username and password, but also about the viability of your email address.
