CMS Account Request for Faculty

SRJC faculty can use this form to request an online courseware management account, including CATE software and Moodle software.

These accounts are provided by the Distance Education office to permit SRJC faculty to quickly and easily create online support and information services for their classes at SRJC: academic homepages, online tests and exercises, course homepages, online lecture notes, etc. The system requires no knowledge of HTML, CGI, FTP, or other Web tools. Faculty with access to the Internet can immediately begin to create a wide range of customized materials.

Use your SRJC Outlook email address ("@santarosa.edu") when requesting your courseware management software account. If you don't already have an SRJC Outlook email account, you must get one before requesting a CMS account. Don't request a CMS account until your SRJC Outlook email account has been activated and is functional!
