Presentations and Publications

After being frustrated with the available textbooks, L. Dawn Lukas wrote a textbook for teaching college English: information appears below. Many books were bloated and hard to understand for students. Lukas' textbook is focused on practical matters: it contains concise, straightforward, and most of all, useful information about how to read and write effectively. The textbook is currently in the second edition.

    College Composition and Reading:
    Information and Strategies, 2nd edition
    By L. Dawn Lukas
    ISBN 978-0-7575-8953-9

The textbook is available through amazon.com and through the publisher, Kendall-Hunt, at www.kendallhunt.com
