Welcome! I am looking forward to this semester and hope you are too! Classes Section 8506 of CS 61.11A: Microsoft Excel, Part 1 -- Spring 2013: March 25 - May 19 -- Online		Biography I am excited to say I am a Santa Rosa Junior College alumni and had my first job as a student employee here! I have been working for the JC since 1989! I worked in the Dept. Of Public Safety, then transferred to the Business Dept. I fell in love with teaching. I then earned a full-time position as an instructor in the Business Office Technology Department. BOT is now merging and I will be an adjunct instructor in both the Computer Sciences Dept and the Business Administration Dept. I am glad to say I am teaching from and living and enjoying life in Salida, Colorado. I am an active community member and volunteer with the schools and am a Mentor in the County. I am married and have an active 15 year old son, Garrett, and three new step sons. I am hoping to find interesting and useful ways of implementing technology into our traditional non-technological courses. I am very interested in working with students in in certificate programs to help them gain the necessary skills to become successfully employed in such a competitive market.
