Biography
Most of my fieldwork has been conducted in Peru, but I have also participated in excavations in Guatemala, Montana, and the Mid-Atlantic U.S. I am thankful that my archaeological work has afforded me the opportunity to travel all over the world. There are tons of opportunities to get involved in archaeological projects here in northern California and elsewhere and I am always more than happy to talk to students about how they can get involved. This coming Fall semester, I wll be teaching in London as part of Santa Rosa Junior College's Study Abroad Program. I am so excited to live and research in London for 12 weeks and I encourage all students to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity that the JC has to offer. If you're interested, check out the following link: www.santarosa.edu/sa/ Prior to moving to California for graduate school, I spent most of my life in New York. If you ever want to talk about baseball, pizza, or bagels, my door is always open :) This is a wonderful time to be part of Anthropology at SRJC. I look forward to sharing in the experience with you.
