Three departments are being reorganized into two departments. The Business Office Technology Department is being merged into the Business Administration Department (BAD) and Computer Studies Department (CS). Effective Fall 2009, there will not be a Business Office Technology Department. The courses, programs, and instructors will not go away, however!

In general, the Microsoft Office courses (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.) are being merged into the Computer Studies Department and eventually will all have a course number change that will begin with CS. The remaining BOT Department courses are being moved to the Business Administration Department. The course numbers will retain their BBK, BGN, and BOT designations.
