Financial Aid

The mission of SRJC's Financial Aid Department is to insure that the cost of a college education is not a barrier to students' enrollment or to the achievement to their educational goals, and to help students keep their financial concerns manageable while enrolled.

The amount and kind of aid offered depends on each student's financial need, satisfactory academic progress, and enrollment level.

Scholarships

SRJC's Scholarship Department helps students identify and apply for scholarships at the College, in the community, statewide, and across the nation. Scholarships may be awarded based on scholastic achievement, financial need, special interests and activities, and academic field of study. All students are strongly encouraged to visit the Scholarship Office where scholarship assistance, a Scholarship Resource Library, and scholarship reference books are maintained.

A variety of scholarship programs are offered to students, including the unique and popular Doyle Scholarship, the Doyle Occupational Education Awards, SRJC Foundation Continuing Scholarships, and SRJC Foundation Transferring Scholarships.

Certain scholarships are specific for health sciences students; please contact the specific program after you have been accepted.
