The Acquired Brain Injury Program at Santa Rosa Junior College has been providing services to individuals with acquired brain injuries since 1980. Today, the program serves over 150 students with diagnoses including traumatic brain injury, stroke, brain tumor, and other brain-related illnesses. Services include authorization of academic accommodations, academic advising, instruction in disability management, early registration, specialized classes and access to assistive technology.
