The CATE system offers optional access to a third-party plug-in we refer to as "advanced HTML editing." When that plug-in is turned on, you have the ability to perform direct WYSIWYG ("what you see is what you get") editing with fonts, links, images, etc. When turned off, or when your browser doesn't support this feature, only basic editing routines will be available.
